In 2008, as part of its labor market information program, Opportunity Inc. partnered with the Peninsula Council for Workforce Development to conduct a regional survey of employer workforce needs. The report included many questions asked in a previous survey conducted in 2006 for the purpose of establishing longitudinal data on employer workforce needs.
Executive summaries for both surveys are available to download, below, as is a PowerPoint presentation summarizing the 2008 key conclusions and making comparisons between the two surveys.
